Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

We ship within the United States only, shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all glass products and $4.20 for all clothing and merchandise orders under $79 and FREE for all orders over $79. It may be shipped via FedEx or USPS. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Usually 5-7 days, depending on your distance from Fresno, CA.

 

Will the package have any references to 420 on it?

All orders are sent in a plain box with our return address on the label - no company name.

Why is 18+ signature required for delivery?

The products we sell are intended for adults and are to be used for tobacco and legal herbs only.

In addition, this provides better tracking and delivery verification. If you’re worried you won’t be available to sign please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.

You don't ship to my country - what do I do?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do however have distributors all over the world.

I gave the wrong shipping address!

Email us as soon as you realize your mistake so we can correct it before your order ships. You can reply to your order confirmation email or email us through the contact page.

When will my order ship?

Typically your order will ship the day after you placed it. If you placed your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will be shipping your order the following Monday.

I didn’t get my tracking number.

If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be available to the email you used to sign up for your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet it will say pending and will be shipping very soon.

I haven't received my order - how do I check the status?

You just need your order number and the email address you used when ordering. Your order number was emailed to you when you placed your order. If you didn’t get that email check in your spam folder.

My tracking number doesn't work!

The tracking information we send you can take up to 24 hours to process with the carrier. If you just got the tracking number it’s probably not going to work just yet, try it again in the morning.

 

Something in my order arrived broken.

Please take a photo and then email it to phoenixfireglass101@gmail.com. Tell us what it was, especially if you got more than one item. Also be sure to tell us your name, order number and the email you used when you ordered.
